Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success and significant growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor position in their team.Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Worcester office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting
- Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting takes place
- Carrying out cost management, including forecasting
- Updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
- Ensuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teams
- Maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering industry
- Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence.
