Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Worcester office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting
- Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting takes place
- Carrying out cost management, including forecasting
- Updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
- Ensuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teams
- Maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in the civil engineering industry (ideally in the water sector)
- Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
