Grounds Maintenance Operative - Worcester - Permanent - £24k

37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours and Friday 7 hours.

Working for a large housing association, you will work as part of a team delivering gardening services for properties and for other landlords. The gardening work includes grass cutting, clearance, planting, weeding and maintenance of shrub areas using appropriate hand tools and mechanical horticultural appliances.

You will also undertake external maintenance work such as slab repairs and fencing, making use of modern technology to support the delivery of the role on a mobile basis.

You will have previous experience of Grounds Maintenance and have knowledge of horticulture.

You will have experience of hand tools and general horticultural machinery and be confident dealing with the public in a service delivery environment.

You will be able to work as part of a team, have a clean driving licence, be able to work to deadlines and manage your own work.
