This flagshiphospital providesquality private healthcare to the local population and beyond, earning a reputation as a leader in Worcestershire. Following a recent refurbishment and natural growth of the service, they are looking to add a Senior Nurse to their team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of planned care for patients
- Display effective management of clinical teams, in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way
- Support the Ward Manager and Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of the healthcare environment
- Experience of working at Senior Nurse level - ideally in a surgical setting
- RGN with no conditions and active NMC registration
- Minimum of 3years nursing experience gained within acute settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary up to 43,000 per annum
- 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
