The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Graduate Teaching Assistant position supporting students in Worcester schools.
* Provide assistance to students in both individual and group settings, helping to engage and support their learning.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students, helping them to reach their full potential.
* Implement strategies to manage behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused and motivated throughout lessons.

About You:
* A Graduate teaching assistant, or have been employed in a similar role supporting children's learning.
* An enthusiastic, patient individual with strong communication skills.
* Located in or near the Worcester area, with the flexibility to work across different schools in the region.
