Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive Primary School? Flourish Education is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated GOOD Primary School in Worcester. This role involves supporting children in the school’s SEN resource base across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) for two days per week, ideally on a Monday and Tuesday, but the school can be flexible.

Working as an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work as a SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with additional needs in a specialist SEN resource base.
Assist the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their learning goals.
Use knowledge of the National Curriculum to support learning in Early Years (EYFS), KS1, and KS2.
Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring all children feel supported.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to provide the best possible care.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant, TA, or Learning Support Assistant in a UK Primary School.
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Understanding of the National Curriculum and experience supporting SEN pupils.
Experience working with pupils in Early Years (EYFS), KS1, or KS2.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
