Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide operational support to leaders, managers, and colleagues across the business, delivering a 'best in class' professional service.
Hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £40,000 pro rata
What you'll do:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery and implementation of the people strategy. You will establish and develop relationships with people leaders and managers to understand strategies, plans, and key challenges. Your role will involve coaching, advising, challenging, and influencing to ensure that approaches align with policies, procedures, best practice, and employment law. You will deliver sound generalist HR operational advice while also supporting the implementation of change management processes.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role will bring a wealth of knowledge in employment law. Your excellent critical thinking and decision-making capabilities will be put to good use in this role. We are looking for someone who has experience delivering a customer-focused employee relations service at both strategic and operational levels. Your ability to think and plan strategically will be essential for success in this role. Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, standards is required along with experience in analysing people metrics.
