Job responsibilities to include:
- Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner.
- Ensuring they are signed in and aware of health & safety policies and fire evacuation procedure (nearest exists & muster points).
- Offering them a beverage and showing them to where they can wait before alerting the relevant staff of their arrival.
- Respond to customer enquiries and directing queries to the sales team
- Accurately capture customer information, including using the Prospect CRM system.
- Liaise with the Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Support to arrange dispatches by communicating with the customer, internal team, and couriers.
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate the relevant documentation for dispatch, including export documents where necessary; and make sure packages are labelled up correctly.
- Provide general levels of administrative support to your colleagues and managers when required.
- Maintain notes, files and records accurately and carefully.
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience of Sage 50, Prospect and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years previous sales admin experience
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Accuracy and attention to detail
