  • Job responsibilities include:
    • Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner
    • Ensuring they are signed in and aware of health & safety policies and fire evacuation procedure (nearest exists & muster points)
    • Offering them a beverage and showing them to where they can wait before alerting the relevant staff of their arrival
    • Responding to customer enquiries and directing queries to the sales team
    • Accurately capturing customer information, including using the Prospect CRM system
    • Liaising with the Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched in a timely manner
    • Supporting to arrange dispatches by communicating with the customer, internal team, and couriers
    • Working closely with the Sales team to generate the relevant documentation for dispatch, including export documents where necessary; and make sure packages are labelled up correctly
    • Providing general levels of administrative support to your colleagues and managers when required
    • Maintaining notes, files and records accurately and carefully
  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience of Sage 50, Prospect and Microsoft Office
    • Minimum 2 years previous sales admin experience
    • Able to communicate at all levels
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
