My client based just outside the centre of Worcester is looking to recruit a Maintenance Fitter on a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis.
The role predominantly involves working Monday to Friday during the day shift, with some requirements for shift cover during holidays and sickness.
Key responsibilities include investigating equipment failures, conducting pre-planned maintenance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and carrying out modifications as needed.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role with either Mechanical or Electrical bias, along with relevant NVQ qualifications.
The salary on offer is up to £32,700, and candidates should have previous experience in processing plants and working with conveyor systems.

My client based just outside the centre of Worcester is looking to recruit a Maintenance Fitter which can be on a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis, depending on your availability to start the role.The role will predominantly be Mon-Fri, day shift but there would be a requirement to cover other shifts during holiday and sickness coverThe main responsibilities for the role include- Investigate equipment failures and correct in a timely manner- Carry our pre-planned maintenance to reduce down-time- Ensure H & S is maintained at all times- Carry our modifications as required- Any other relevant tasks deemed necessary by your supervisorAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- previous experience in a similar role with either Mechanical or Electrical bias- Relevant NVQ qualifications or similar would be required- Previous experience of Processing Plants and working with conveyor systems would be advantageous- Strong communication skills- Excellent Problem SolveThe salary on offer is up to £32,700 dependent on relevant and suitable experience.
