Job Opportunity: Plastic Moulding OperativeLocation: Inkberrow, WR7Hours: 06:30 - 18:30, 4 days per weekPay: £13 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentTransport: Must have access to own transportA well-established Moulding company in Inkberrow, with over 30 years in the industry, is seeking a Plastic Moulding Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The position involves working any 4 out of 5 days, Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling moulds in preparation for production.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Trimming and deburring products post-moulding.
  • Packing products for dispatch.
  • Utilizing hand tools.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Production Operative is beneficial.
  • Essential experience in a factory environment.
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Flexibility to work any 4 of 5 days, starting with Monday to Thursday.
  • Access to own transport is required.

Benefits:

  • £13 per hour raising to £13.50/hr after 12 months
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract after a 12-week period for outstanding candidates.
