Are you a dynamic Corporate Dealmaker with 7+ years of PQE? Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a strong technical background and proven success in leading transactions. No following is required but a passion for business development is key to enable you to gain traction with already strong established links!

The team:

This corporate team is comprised of two partners, senior associates, solicitors and support. The team values work/life balance, flexibility and autonomy whilst also taking on excellent quality work. 

The Role:

As a key member of this Corporate team, you’ll provide expert legal guidance to a diverse client base, including startups, SMEs and established businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and advising on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and joint ventures
• Drafting & negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Offering strategic counsel on corporate governance, business structures, banking/finance and succession planning
• Playing a proactive role in business development to support team and firm growth
