About the Role:

This highly reputable, Legal 500 law firm is on the lookout for a dedicated Employment Solicitor (3 to 8 years’ PQE). You will provide expert advice to both employers and employees on a range of employment issues, including managing Employment Tribunal claims, handling TUPE, redundancy and workplace disputes. You will also draft and negotiate settlement agreements, employment contracts and staff handbooks. 

About you:

To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role, you must have at least 3-8 years’ PQE in employment law, along with strong experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims and complex cases. You must have excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills, with a proactive approach to business development.
