Our client already has an established presence across the UK offering will writing services and with an existing £800,000 client base already in place.We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor Chartered Legal Executive who has extensive private client experience, particularly in dealing with trusts.Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • As Head of Private Client, you will lead and expand the department, covering Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts.
  • You will oversee client service, team management, business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • The successful candidate will be key in shaping the department's future, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.
  • Mentor and train younger members of the team.
What we need from you:
  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
  • Proven in team management and leadership, with strong skills in business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationships.
  • Completed or working towards a STEP diploma.
  • Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • Driven and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
