What you'll do:
As an In-House Housing Solicitor, your role will be to:
- Deliver superior legal services to the housing association
- Ensure adherence with regulatory and legal requirements
- Support group objectives through effective legal counsel
- Demonstrate flexibility outside normal hours when necessary
- Travel occasionally for overnight stays as part of the role
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the In-House Housing Solicitor position brings:
- Demonstrated experience as a solicitor with 4 Years PQE+, preferably with disrepair experience
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to housing associations
- Capability to deliver superior legal services
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary
- Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of law
