A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a UK leading law firm’s Worcester office!

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Assistant to play a key role in the firm’s Private Client team, specialising in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Whether you're an experienced Legal Assistant or a skilled administrator looking to step into the legal sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to partners and fee earners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting & Formatting: Preparing letters, documents, and legal forms with precision
  • Administrative & Business Support: Acting as the first point of contact for fee earners' support needs, anticipating requirements where possible
  • Client Interaction: Being a professional and approachable first point of contact for clients
  • File Management: Assisting with the file opening process and maintaining accurate records
  • Financial Transactions: Supporting the team with financial processes and documentation
  • Diary Management: Efficiently handling schedules and appointments for allocated fee earners

About You

To thrive in this private client legal assistant role, you will need:

  • IT Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, along with confident typing skills
  • Organisational & Communication Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and liaise professionally
  • Legal/Professional Experience (Desirable): Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Private Client Expertise (Highly Desirable): Familiarity with Wills, Trusts and Estates would be beneficial
  • Audio Typing Skills (Advantageous): Strong typing and dictation abilities would be a bonus
