Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based across Worcester & surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Fabric maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is living in the area. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £32,000 + Van & Fuel Card & Package.
Hours of Work & Package Info
- Basic Salary of up to £32,000
- Van + Fuel Card provided Personal use available
- Call out rota Standby call out allowance £105 per week
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Enrolment in company pension scheme
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting and Decorating
- Flooring
- Changing Locks
- Hanging Doors
- Maintain and update Log books
- Arrange specialist sub-contractors
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
