Our client is a well-established Facilities Management company that has excelled and enjoyed record levels of growth in the past 2 years and now requires additional engineers to join their growing, friendly team.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake routine Reactive tasks in line with latest statutory guidelines, legislation & company procedures.
- Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits.
- Attending sites for urgent reactive works.
- Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner.
- Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation.
- Diagnose building fabric failure during PPM maintenance & advise accordingly
- Provide Reactive repairs to a variety of building fabric items
Candidate Specification:
Essential:
- Full, clean Driving Licence
- Experience within Commercial settings
- Multi-skilled in a variety of Building Fabric skillsets
Desirable:
- 2+ years' experience
- Proficient with IT (work is issued and reports filed electronically)
- It would be hugely advantageous to be able to deal with: Roofing patch repairs, Altro flooring repairs, General flooring repairs, Doors, Windows/Glazing, General Decorating works, Basic Plumbing
