Maintenance Engineer - DaysEvesham (On-Site)Ongoing Temp - PermCompetitive Hourly Salary Exciting opportunity to join our industry leading client within the FMCG sector, who produce and distribute fantastic products nationally.You will be able to work with a broad range of people and cover all aspects of mechanical equipment maintenance within a production environment.Requirements

  • Engineering experience within a manufacturing or an equipment manufacturing environment (experience in a food environment would be beneficial).
  • Able to fabricate, weld and use a range of workshop equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload.
  • Get machines going with limited spares and the ability to work on their own and step up and solve the problem with very tight production deadlines ppm work but breakdowns always take priority.

About You

  • Previous PPM system experience is desirable e.g., Shires, Access Control etc.
  • Help improve reliability and maintenance on site.
  • Electrical and mechanical skills leaning to a more mechanical bias rather than electrical.
  • Mechanical/electrical fault finding.
  • Experience with: Pneumatics, Refrigeration, steam boilers, food processing machinery, pipe fitting and building fabrication maintenance.
