Role Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Worcester team. This role will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing operational efficiency, and reducing downtime by implementing effective maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Attend and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimize production disruption.
  • Assist in developing and improving maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Support projects for equipment installation and system improvements.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and assist in upskilling the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in maintenance engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with double-day shift operations.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
