£40,0000 + £1000 attendance bonus per annum after probation period


Monday – Friday Double Days (6am-2pm one week, 2pm-10pm week after rotating) 37.5 hours on the tools



The Company:

This is a great opportunity to work for a really well established company in the Worcester area. they have recently invested Millions of pounds into new state of the art achinery and as a company are doing exceptionally well with a full order book for years to come. This role will involve training and chance to become multi-skilled. For this role as a mechanical maintenance engineer experience with Hydraulics is essential. Welding experience is also advantageous. The benefits are great, including generous overtime, holiday and a £1000 attendance bonus.

Experience Required as a Maintenance Engineer:

  • 3 years + working as an mechanically biased maintenance engineer 
  • Level 3 qualified ideally but would look at experience as well
  • Experience with Hydraulics – comfoprtbale reading hydraulic drawings
  • Experience with gearboxes,  belts, chains, pulleys etc.
