Day-to-day of the role:- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate various project aspects from start to finish.
- Update project milestones using in-house project management tools.
- Attend meetings to update stakeholders and ensure all parties are informed.
- Create concise project information and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and InDesign.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment.
- Support senior managers with administrative tasks and take minutes at meetings.
- Review processes at project completion and provide feedback to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in creating presentations and handling administrative responsibilities.
- A positive attitude towards learning and adapting within a growing business.
