Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate various project aspects from start to finish.
  • Update project milestones using in-house project management tools.
  • Attend meetings to update stakeholders and ensure all parties are informed.
  • Create concise project information and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment.
  • Support senior managers with administrative tasks and take minutes at meetings.
  • Review processes at project completion and provide feedback to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in creating presentations and handling administrative responsibilities.
  • A positive attitude towards learning and adapting within a growing business.
