Gas Supervisor (Worcester & Surrounding Areas)
Are you an experienced Gas Supervisor looking for your next exciting challenge? Join a growing company that’s expanding its new M&E department! Our client is looking for a driven, down-to-earth individual to support their M&E Manager in shaping the future of their business.
Location: Worcester (with regular travel to Manchester & surrounding areas)Salary: £50,000 + £5k car allowanceRole Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and compliance.
- Provide accurate quotes and estimate project costs
- Manage subcontractors and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Build and grow a high-performing team
- Drive the business forward with effective team and project management
About You:
- Strong background in gas services
- Experience in quoting, pricing, and managing projects
- Excellent man-management and leadership skills
- Ambitious, approachable, and excited to help grow a new department
- Willingness to travel as the business expands
