Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a well-established civil engineering subcontractor working on an exciting Severn Trent Water project! We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to lead our team on a 16-week project, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing revegetation, concreting, and general civils works on-site.
- Ensuring all site paperwork is kept up to date, including daily diaries, site health & safety records, and allocation sheets.
- Managing daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinating temporary works and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the site.
Essential Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator certification
- First Aid at Work certification
- Strong working knowledge of site paperwork and record-keeping.
