We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to lead our team on a 16-week project, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing revegetation, concreting, and general civils works on-site.
  • Ensuring all site paperwork is kept up to date, including daily diaries, site health & safety records, and allocation sheets.
  • Managing daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinating temporary works and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the site.
Essential Requirements:
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Temporary Works Co-Ordinator certification
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Strong working knowledge of site paperwork and record-keeping.
