Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in site management and hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS, Temporary Works Co-Ordinator certification, and First Aid at Work certification.

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to lead our team on a 16-week project, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing revegetation, concreting, and general civils works on-site.
Ensuring all site paperwork is kept up to date, including daily diaries, site health & safety records, and allocation sheets.
Managing daily site operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinating temporary works and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the site.

Essential Requirements:

CSCS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS
Temporary Works Co-Ordinator certification
First Aid at Work certification
Strong working knowledge of site paperwork and record-keeping.
