As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our high performing marketing team.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns tailored to different customer segments, primarily through email but also including print and other channels.
  • Understand customer database size and segments, and create strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop email automation journeys.
  • Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insights to support the development of future campaigns.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, identifying key touch points and customer journey stages that require intervention.
  • Own the relationship with the CRM provider, working on a customer success plan to achieve channel best practices.
  • Maintain deliverability.
  • Design, launch, and manage customer loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and foster long-term engagement.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use CRM tools to analyse customer data, segment audiences, and generate insights for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics (e.g., best customer analysis, retention rates, and subscribers) to present findings to senior management.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a CRM role
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mind-set.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
