A creative, hands-on Marketing Executive is needed to help lead the market for an established, reputable and professional business in Worcester.

As a Marketing Executive, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to craft and execute bold, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive ROI, boost brand awareness, and solidify our position as the sector's leader. If you thrive on creativity, enjoy crafting compelling campaigns, and love seeing your work translate into tangible results, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Campaign Creation: Develop and write engaging copy for email campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audiences.

Sales Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to release campaigns, organise product training, and ensure they’re equipped to convert leads.

Customer Engagement: Create compelling case studies, manage social media channels (especially LinkedIn), and keep our website fresh with updated content.

Event Planning & Execution: Organise our presence at trade events and product demos, making sure our brand shines.

Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research to keep us ahead of the curve and continually refine our strategies.

Content Management: Oversee the maintenance of marketing collateral, branded templates, and collaborate with external partners on video creation and other projects.

Internal Communications: Keep the entire company informed and engaged with our marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
