The Grounds Maintenance Team leader will be required to:
- Carry out inspections on standard of work
- Ensure all work is effectively supervised and that any problem is reported to the Supervisor/Estates Services Manager
- Carry out gardening duties working with teams across sites for grounds maintenance duties for Worcester and Hereford.
- Ensure completion of works by the team by setting targets
- Work with teams across the group for training.
- Liaise with tradespeople and other agencies regarding work being carried out in multi-storey blocks
Im looking to speak to a Grounds Maintenance Team leader that has:
- Experience working on Grounds maintenance contracts
- Full UK Driving License (company van and fuel card will be provided from day one)
- Experience managing a team
- Gardening experience
In return, the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will receive:
- 19 - 21 per hour
- Company Van and fuel card
- Possibility off a permanent position after 12 weeks
- Weekly Pay for the first 12 weeks
