Our leading Facilities Management client are seeking a motivated and keen Mechanical Technician on a full time temp to permanent contract in Worcester Royal Hospital - WR5 1DD
Working as part of a highly successful Facilities team, you should be able to maintain wet systems, heating and hot water, steam boilers etc. and mechanical ventilation systems (AHU) in a hospital environment.

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Structured processes and excellent working environment
- Pay rates- £17.31+ Holiday Pay + Pension + Overtime rates
Duties include:
- AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water pressurization units
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Boilers - re-sets
- Chillers - re-sets, 1st Line faults
Experience needed:
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Local to the area and driving license
- Updated Enhanced DBS
- Formal trades qualification or experience
- Customer focused
