Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Manage and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients. You’ll be their go-to for strategic advice, campaign updates, and business insights.
  • Strategic Campaign Management: Collaborate with Account Executives and Creatives to develop and implement multi-platform marketing campaigns that exceed expectations.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Proactively identify new opportunities for your clients, upselling and cross-selling services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to shape strategic recommendations and keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
  • Pitch Involvement: Assist with pitches and presentations, positioning yourself as a trusted partner both within the agency and externally.

  • Experience in content creation, influencer management, and automation workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to deliver clear insights and recommendations to clients.
