Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with complex medical needsWork closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and assess patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plansEducate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting overall health and wellnessCollaborate with community resources to ensure patients have access to necessary support servicesMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersRequirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UKMinimum of 2 years of experience in complex care nursingStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamProficiency in using electronic medical recordsValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleFlexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekendsResponsibilities:
