As a Primary Teacher at this thriving school, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' educational journeys.

The successful candidate will work on a part-time basis, 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday. 2 days will be teaching a Year 2 class as part of a job-share, the other day covering a Year 4 class.

This position is due to start after February half term and continue until the end of the academic year.

 

Job Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will have full class responsibilities, including:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Marking and assessing student progress regularly.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.

Supporting students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) depending on your expertise.

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the school's values are upheld and student outcomes are maximized.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience in teaching either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) in a Primary School setting.

Excellent behaviour management strategies.

Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.

Experience in planning and assessing in a Primary School setting.

Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Flexible and adaptable to part-time or full-time work arrangements.

 

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
