The Role - Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Based within a leading estate agency in Worcester, you’ll work on-site with a team of property professionals, receiving 25-30 qualified leads per month. Your role will involve:
- Assessing client needs and recommending the best mortgage and protection solutions
- Building strong relationships with homebuyers at the point of property purchase
- Working with a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who handles all admin, leaving you free to focus on advising and earning
- Maximising your earnings with an attractive commission structure that rewards your success
What’s on Offer?
- Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
- Car Allowance: £3,000
- Lucrative Commission: Tiered up to 45%
- Realistic OTE: £70,000+
- Average loan size: £220,000
- Full Administrative Support
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
What We’re Looking For
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor (bank or brokerage)
- A proactive and professional approach to client advice
- The ambition to exceed targets and maximise earnings
- Adaptability to work with a variety of clients and mortgage cases
