Holt Ward is looking for a Band 5 RMN to join us and provide outstanding care to our patients during night shifts. If you thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality nursing care, we would love to hear from you.About Holt Ward:Holt Ward is a dynamic and welcoming environment, offering excellent care and support working aged adults. The ward is a 14 Bed, mixed gender assessment ward based in Worcester. Holt take all admissions from the community for patients in acute crisis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of nursing care during night shifts
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medication, and provide emotional support
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to a positive working environment and promote continuous improvement in care quality

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
  • In date Safety Intervention Training. Rate rises can be agreed for candidates with existing S.I training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time well
  • Previous experience in a similar clinical setting (desirable but not essential)
  • A commitment to delivering person-centered care
