About the Role:Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the team at Bromsgrove NHS. This is an agency contract role where you will work 3 shifts per week, covering both day and night shifts. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, completing risk assessments, and developing care plans on a weekly basis. You will also be responsible for overseeing the shift as the Nurse in Charge (NIC). Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop care plans for patients.
  • Be the Nurse in Charge of the shift, providing leadership and support to the team.
  • Provide mental health support to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care reviews.
  • Use your clinical expertise to manage patient safety and well-being effectively.
  • Provide support during advanced and emergency situations, ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • SI Advanced and Emergency Certificate is required.
  • Previous experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage shifts effectively.

Working Hours:

  • 3 shifts per week, including a mix of day and night shifts.
