The role involves external maintenance work on tenanted properties, including slabbing, fencing, brickwork repairs, and roofing repairs.

Multi Skilled Tradesman required to work with Worcester based Housing Association.

My client requires an experience multi skilled tradesman to carrying out external mainteance work on tenanted properties. Work will range from slabbing, fencing, brickwork repairs and roofing repairs.

They can for a long run of work and the chance to work with their highly reputable in house maintenance team.

Start date: ASAP

Locations: Covering Worcester & Surrounding Areas

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Mon - Fri

Pay rate: 16 - 18 per hour plus 0.45p per mile

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience (Slabbing, fencing, brickwork and roofing repairs)
Full UK driving licence
Own van
Good customer service and communication skills
Must have own transport
