We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a temporary contract for 3 - 6 months on behalf of an industry leader based in Worcester city centre.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis (35 hours pw).

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Dealing with the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Managing the HR inbox and dealing with front line queries
  • Issuing offer letters and contracts
  • Advising payroll of any changes to salaries
  • Signposting queries to the HR Advisory team as required
  • Ensuring all HR documentation is stored currently in line with GDPR
  • Conducting onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work

Experience required:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00AM - 5:00PM
