Clinical Pharmacist – NHS Hospital, Worcestershire (Ongoing Contract)

Contract: Ongoing
Working Hours: Flexible – 3, 4, or 5 days per week
Hourly Rate: £27 - £33 per hour (DOE)

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital team in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic ongoing contract role offering flexible working options. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting clinical reviews of patient medications
  • Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications
  • Monitoring and adjusting drug therapies as necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential
  • GPhC registration
