Compliance Officer Worcester£18 per hourBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with fantastic educational institution in Worcester. They are looking for a Compliance Officer on a 6 moth Fixed Term contract with Part time hours of around 14 hours per week!
THIS IS A PART TIME 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE WORKING 14 HOURS ON SITE PER WEEK!
The Compliance Officer role:
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures
- Advise the SLT on any compliance issues. Including risk assessments and the implications of non-compliance
- Ensure the educational institution complies with all relevant legislation
- Ensure safeguarding policies are up to date
- Maintain accurate records
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager to ensure legislation and checks are up to date and audits as necessary
The ideal Compliance Officer will have:
- Experience of working in Risk and Compliance within a regulated environment
- Good working knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Analytical, numerate, and good attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Exemplary IT skills.
