About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality injection mould tooling using manual machines and hand tools.

This role is ideal for a time-served Toolmaker who takes pride in precision engineering and can work to tight tolerances with a variety of materials.

Key Responsibilities

? Manufacture high-quality tooling with maximum efficiency? Competently and safely operate manual milling machines, grinders, and lathes? Build, fit, assemble, and polish tooling and dies using hand tools and equipment? Work to engineering drawings and ensure work meets required standards? Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to check tooling, jigs, and fixtures? Work independently and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process? Implement company policies and business objectives? Maintain a clean and safe working environment? Take responsibility for health, safety, and environmental risks? Perform other duties within your capability as required

Person Specification

? Time-served Toolmaker with full training in toolroom machinery and hand tools? Experienced in working to tight tolerances with various materials? Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and using measuring equipment? Ability to work independently with strong time management skills? Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels? Flexible, professional, and positive approach to work? Committed to discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism? Eligible to work in the UK
