Monday to Friday | 15:00 - 23:30

Worcestershire, on-site and permanent

£13.84 per hour + £6.50 shift allowance per day

Your Role:

Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve peak performance.

Oversee and execute efficient product changeovers - up to 14 per shift!

Maintain a smooth flow of materials, ensuring packaging, labels, and protein are ready in advance.

Keep production running at optimal efficiency by planning ahead and troubleshooting issues on the go.

Work closely with engineers to resolve breakdowns quickly and keep downtime to a minimum.

Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) by ensuring top-tier availability, performance, and quality.

Monitor staff performance, ensure compliance training, and fairly rotate tasks among team members.

Uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with senior management to meet daily production targets and continuously improve processes.

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
