Production Supervisor Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production operations for security shutters, grilles, and roller shutters
• Manage and supervise a team of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining product quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the manufacturing environment to ensure a safe workplace.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve any challenges that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Train, motivate, and develop production team members, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Production Supervisor Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and metal fabrication techniques
• Experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with production scheduling and managing workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
