Project Manager

Trevett Serviceshave an exciting opportunity for an experiencedProject Managertojoin aleading FM provider in Worcester.

You will play a vital part in overseeing allstagesof project life cycle..

This is apermanentposition paying£63,000 per annumin addition to acomprehensive benefits package and a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Manage overall project programme through matrix managed project teams effectively.
  • Act as a programme coordinator for the site and to ensure appropriate resource is available and allocated to deliver projects successfully
  • Take profit and loss responsibility for the site, and ensure the programme is in place
  • Draw together matrix managed teams to deliver owned projects
  • To assume and assert commercial control over projects allocated to deliver margins identified.
  • Set and manage client expectations through clear communication centred around programme, budget and the quality of services
  • Create strategic and operational programmes and ensure the Projects Managers adherence to appropriate processes
  • In accordance with contract forms, manage project team within the specified terms
  • Manage supply chain ensuring formal performance feedback is provided to the procurement team
  • Maintain high, and statutory compliant, health and safety standards on project sites at all times.

Essential experience the Project Manager would need:

  • Fully understand CDM
  • Would have managed projects in a healthcare environment
  • Familiar with the RIBA stages
  • Strong client facing and customer services skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements
  • Need to have a track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership
