Project Manager - Capital Projects (Healthcare)

Location: Worcester, UK

Salary: £65- £70,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Our client, a global leader in multi-technical services is seeking an experiencedProject Manager with a strong technical background to oversee capital projects within a healthcare setting in Worcester.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead important building and renovation projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage capital project requests from brief to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
• Develop project specifications, oversee budgets, and drive progress.
• Act as a key stakeholder liaison, managing contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Work collaboratively with an on-site Project Manager (no direct reports).
• Benefit from an admin support team, allowing you to focus on high-level project management.

   

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical background in construction and healthcare projects.
• Proven experience in managing capital projects from concept to completion.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and project execution.
