Lettings Property Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tenant and client liaison.
  • Building relationships with internal departments, working to identify any process improvements.
  • Management of rent reviews and notices, and performing inspections.
  • Managing legislative reviews and updates.
  • Responsibility for health & safety and statutory compliance.
  • Delivering regular client update reports and providing excellent communication.

Lettings Property Manager - Skills & Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Working well as part of a team and takes initiative.
  • Confident telephone manner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to get things done and overcome challenges through influencing and tenacity; real resilience is required for this role.
  • Confident, open, and articulate communicator both orally and in writing, with exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Thrives in a pressure-driven environment, meeting multiple deadlines and juggling priorities.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
