We are currently representing a leading Not for Profit organisation who are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter on an initial 6 month temporary contract. Whilst the contract is full time (35 hours), candidates looking to work four days can be considered.

Mainly working from home, the head office is in Worcester and there may be requirement to travel across the Midlands a couple of times a month.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the wider recruitment team in providing an end-to-end recruitment service to line managers across the business
  • Offering guidance to line managers on the wider HR team and line managers on the employment market and trends
  • Working closely with both line managers and the HR team on both temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Supporting managers with updating job descriptions and person specifications
  • Preparing the induction and onboarding programme for new starters, in partnership with hiring managers
  • Ensuring the ATS and all in-house records are maintained and updated
  • Responding to any queries from internal and external candidates

Skills / experience required:

  • Experience dealing with a high volume of vacancies
  • Confident providing feedback to line managers
  • Ability to use an ATS to maintain records
  • Sound understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Able to travel across the West Midlands for department meetings and career fairs

Working pattern:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 35 hours pw
  • Flexible start and finish time
  • Mainly working from home post training
