Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a professional service company. They are looking to grow their team and bring in an Internal Recruiter to lead the recruitment process across the whole business.
THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT !
The Role:
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand vacancies, draft job specs and understand the right candidate profile
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
- Monitor direct applications and raise them with the appropriate hiring managers
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates
The Ideal Internal Recruiter will have:
- Experience in recruitment (required) either in house or agency
- Experience within Professional Services (Highly desirable)
- Understanding of the principles of assessing people
- Ability to work quite independently
- Organisational skills and ability to manage an interview process
