Permanent Recruitment Consultant

(Must have at least 12 months recruitment experience)

Location: Worcester

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Division here at our Worcester Branch.

Having built a team that specialises within the Manufacturing and Engineering sector, Wright Staff are now looking to expand the squad into other fields.

Job Role:

As a Permanent Consultant you will maximise the Sales and Gross Profit in the supply of Permanent workers to clients in line with pre-defined company objectives and values. To take ownership of running your own desk, building internal & external relationships to ensure you successfully meet individual and team targets. This role will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients who will trust you to support them. You will be working from our head office in Worcester with our team of consultants headed up by our Divisional Manager and Branch Manager. This role will require continued hard work in all aspects of the role but can be equally rewarding.
