Here at Nurseplus we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team and assist in sourcing top talent for our branches. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and headhunting candidates.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as candidate communication and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate and prepare interview materials for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle candidate queries and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with creating recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and administration.
