About the role

Are you a people person? Someone who loves to forge strong working relationships both over the phone and face to face?

As a key player in our wonderful team based in Adecco Worcester you will be responsible for building and developing your own client relationships on an existing 360 desk, sourcing, registering and taking candidates to market on behalf of your existing and prospective client bases.

This is a warm desk and we are eager to welcome an individual who is raring to look after and grow our existing clients but also bring on new clients, give a full gold star package to our clients and candidates alike and provide the best customer service experience from the outset and throughout.

* Ability to operate in a competitive environment. This is a small but successful team, so we want this candidate to be enthusiastic to build their own success for the branch, be a true team player and have the DRIVE to do so.

* Ability to prioritise workload to ensure efficient delivery of candidates to your client(s).

* Strong business and commercial acumen.

* Ambitious nature who can keep up a professional and consistent pace with clients.

Recruitment experience would be preferred but we will be happy to receive applications from individuals who are looking to start a career in recruitment if they feel they have the right attributes, transferable skills and passion for the role!

(A driving licence and own car is essential for this role due to the regular client meetings you will attend.)
